We offer free shipping on all orders.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 – 4 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.

ORDER SHIPPING TIME

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

You will receive your order from 5 – 10 business days (depends on the destination) after processing time.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing: 2 – 4 business days. Shipping: 5 – 10 business days.

Most orders therefore arrive within 7 – 14 business days of the order date. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After the processing time, you will receive an email with the courier’s details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

NOTES

Orders delivered within the United States are shipped from our fulfillment centers inside the United States, so there are no customs charges or import duties for US customers – the price shown at checkout is the final price.

For deliveries outside the United States, any import duty or tax charged by the destination country is the responsibility of the customer, as All-Star Fan Wear has no control over these charges.

Orders from All-Star Fan Wear are shipped via USPS, YunExpress, Yanwen Express and UPS. The carrier is selected for each order based on the destination and the size of the parcel. After the processing time you will receive an email with the carrier name and your tracking number, which you can also use on our Track Your Order page.
