You have 15 days after you receive your product to make a return at your own cost , there will be no restocking fees. Read conditions bellow :

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:

You may exchange or cancel your order and address details within 6 hours after purchase. Please contact your email as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER or CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER.

THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

Processing takes 2 – 4 business days and shipping takes a further 5 – 10 business days, so please allow up to 14 business days from the order date before contacting us. If your order has still not arrived after 14 business days and the tracking shows no delivery, contact us at buihuuquynh1106@gmail.com and we will either resend the order or issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:

if your product arrived damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at buihuuquynh1106@gmail.com. After verification of the support and confirmation of the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.

DEFECTIVE AFTER USE

You have 30 days from delivery to report a manufacturing fault. If the item is faulty within this period you may return it to us and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

CHANGE OF OPINION :

You have 15 days after receipt of your product to return it to us. if you want to process you need to contact us at: buihuuquynh1106@gmail.com we will send you a return address, please keep in mind that we only accept returns for products that are not used, washed and need to be in their original packaging.

EXCHANGE:

If you wish to exchange your product, you have 15 days after receiving it to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange your product must be unused and in its original packaging you will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our support at: buihuuquynh1106@gmail.com to help you with the process.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the item.

WRONG PRODUCT:

If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it to us at your expense and we will give you a 100% refund.

REFUND

Once a refund is approved it is issued to the original payment method used for the order – refunds for PayPal orders are returned to the buyer’s PayPal account. We process approved refunds within 2 business days. Depending on the bank or card issuer it can take a further 3 – 10 business days for the money to appear on the customer’s statement.
